The Colorado Department of Public Safety Hosts "Blue Haunting"

(GOLDEN, COLORADO) – The Colorado State Patrol, in partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Safety, will be hosting their first annual Halloween event, “Blue Haunting – Trunk Or Treat,” on Friday, October 25, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. 

The community is welcome to attend the event at the Colorado State Patrol Academy grounds located at 15055 South Golden Road and take part in a fun, family-friendly, and safe Halloween celebration. Wear your costumes and enjoy an evening filled with candy and fun!

There will be a sensory-friendly period from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., during which the emergency vehicles at the event will not have their lights activated. After 7:00 p.m., families can plan on those lights being on!
